Guillaume Vanderveken has been a landscape architect for over 15 years. During his practice, he has worked on large-scale projects in Montreal, including the Peel Entrance on Mount Royal and Place Bethune for the Cardinal Hardy group (now Lemay), the Plage du quai de l'horloge, Parc Hydro-Québec and the Complexe Sportif de Saint-Laurent for Claude Cormier et associés (now CCxA). For the same firm, he contributed to the L-Tower and Berczy Park forecourts in Toronto, as well as Breakwater Park in Kingston. For the majority of these projects, he occupied a high-level role as execution manager and/or project manager.
Guillaume holds a Master of Architecture degree since 2018, and has been a member of the OAQ since 2023. Over the past six years, he has worked full-time in architecture, mainly at Provencher Roy, notably on the renovation of the Portage III complex, as well as the Châteauguay and Valleyfield seniors' homes. He was involved in all stages of these projects, as designer, architect, assistant project manager and site supervisor for the Châteauguay MDA.
For Guillaume Vanderveken, each project is unique and requires great rigor, both conceptually and technically, to ensure that the client's initial idea is realized as faithfully as possible, while respecting the concept, quality, budget, schedules and codes in force.
It is with great pride and enthusiasm that he opens his own branch in October 2023.
